Maximum conductor temperature during normal operation: 70°C for PVC insulation, 90°C for XLPE insulation.
Installation and laying temperature: The installation and laying temperature of the cable should be not lower than 0ºC.
Maximum temperature of the cable conductor during short circuit (maximum duration not exceeding 5 seconds): PVC insulation - 160°C for conductor cross-section ≤ 300 mm2, 140°C for conductor cross-section > 300 mm2; 250°C for XLPE insulation.
Scope of application: This product is suitable for use in lines with an AC rated voltage U0/U of 26/35kV for transmission and distribution lines.
Minimum bending radius allowed: Single-core cable: 20D without armour, 15D with armour Multi-core cable: 15D without armour, 12D with armour Where: D - actual outer diameter of the cable.

Rated voltage (6-35) kV XLPE insulated power cables are suitable for use in power systems up to 35 kV and can be used in transmission systems and distribution systems as carriers of electricity. Fire retardant/fire resistant power cables have the characteristics of ordinary plastic power cables, but also have the characteristics of not easily catching fire or delayed ignition after catching fire only within a certain range, especially for fire alarm, fire fighting facilities, emergency evacuation and other fire emergency systems for power distribution. Halogen-free, low-smoke flame-retardant/fire-resistant power cables have the characteristics of ordinary plastic cables and ordinary flame-retardant cables, but also have the characteristics of no halogen acid gas release when the cable catches fire, less smoke, less corrosive gas generation and good flame-retardant performance, etc. They are particularly suitable for fire alarm, fire fighting facilities, emergency evacuation and other fire emergency system distribution.
